Terms of Service

By contacting the artist, the client agrees to the Terms of Service.

The following TOS presents the rights of the client and the artist regarding the commission process, production period, payment and prices, and the use of the artwork.

Commission:

• Commissions will be made through Email or Instagram, as listed in "Contact".
• The client will be informed if there is a queue and will be notified of their position and updated when a work is completed.
• What is not specified in the request will be left to the artist’s interpretation.
• The client may send as many good-quality reference images as consider necessary.
• Requests will not be accepted if they include: NSFW or clearly erotic content, heavy violence, or complex mechas.
• Even if a request does not contain these, the artist reserves the right to refuse it.

Production Period

• Work will begin once 50% of the payment has been received.
• Once production starts, the client will receive a sketch and composition draft.
• During this stage, the client may request up to 3 free changes. Extra changes will cost a fee specified in "Payment and Prices".
• After this, artworks will be sent with a watermark as progress is made.
• When colors are added, the client may request up to 3 palette changes. Extra changes will cost a fee specified in "Payment and Prices".
• When complete, the client will receive a low-resolution, watermarked image. The full version will be delivered upon payment completion.

Payment and Prices

• Payments are made via PayPal.
• The price of a portrait is 30 USD.
• The price of a more complex composition, or a portrait with more complex aspects, may increase by up to 40 USD, for a maximum of 70 USD.
• Extra fees: 3 USD per additional revision beyond those stated in "Production Period".
• 50% is paid upfront before production begins, and the remainder before delivery of the final, watermark-free artwork.
• If production takes longer than 6 weeks, the client will be refunded.
• Commercial use of the artwork requires a 90% fee on top of the original price, excluding revision fees.

Usage

• The artwork is for personal use unless the commercial fee is paid.
• Commercial use includes, but is not limited to: book covers, merchandise, game illustrations, advertisements, etc.
• The artwork must not be used for AI algorithms.
• The artist may also share the artwork on social media and this commission site.
